(videos are pretty crappy but they're something).

It has a EzRun 60A esc with a Velineon 3500 motor running on 2s lipo, geared for about 60kph (82/19)
Proline Masher 2k tyres,
Duratrax Evader ST rear shocks on the rear and standard Desert Truck shocks up front with Evader ST yellow springs.
30,000 Losi diff fluid (Just changed from 7,000),
Captured steering links,
Tower pro MG995 11kg metal geared servo,

Things I am looking to do still...
Upgrade the servo to a Hyperion HP-DS20FMD,
Upgrade to the Ko Propo EX-5 UR 2.4 radio,
Find another set of shocks to replace all 4 corners (nothing wrong with the Evader shocks, but would be nice to have them all the same),
Try and find a different body.

Things I have had problems with...
Screws seem soft and strip easy,
The aluminum motor/tranny plate (striped the threads where the bolt goes through to secure it (mostly my fault, I was in a rush when I did it),
Shocks, were near useless out of the box, got sick and tried of rebuilding/filling them I changed the rears to Evader ST rear shocks, got a free packet of O-rings from the LHS, seems to have made it better, but I am still finding the stocl Losi ones don't last as long.
The body, just does not seem to fit properly over the wheels (even stock tyres), rubbing and the camber link hits the guard, when running a lower ride height or when steering and a front corner compresses, from the rubbing/grabbing, it eventually started to rip the body.
I had to trim the body in order to stop it getting worse (did a p!55 poor job of it but atleast it ain't gonna self destruct.
Has more play in the front left wheel than the front right (steering wise), have pretty much replaced all the steering stuff, still like it.
Diff outdrives, the original set lasted quite some time, just replaced them about 15 runs ago, and they are near worse than a set that had done 110+ runs. (are there hardend outdrives available?)

Overall though, this has been pretty awesome.
I have only broken 2 A-Arms, one at about 25kph straight into a star picket and the 2nd, more of a freak break, was turning on concrete and gave it a tad too much throttle, front wheels left the ground and went straight into a wooden barrier, broke it at the hinge pin.
The only other thing I have managed to break is a CVD pin.

And as they say, "that is that"... I think.

How much did it cost you to upgrade it all?
