Hi all,
Team Losi Drivers Jake Wright, Jay Robinette and myself are attending the 2009 World Championships.
I'm posting from my Blackberry so service may me off and on so please bear with me.
Today is the "last chance qualifier" which I'm competing in. We will not be starting for a few hours but I will try and update as much as possible.
I should note that Jay and Jake are already qualified. We did some practice and testing yesterday and our Comp Crawlers are working great.

Well I'm taking one for the team. We decided to cut up some red compound eclipse tire and tru tem on the rocks. So far they are really good. I'm going to line up for my first run. Nothing like being the guinea pig:)

Well the day is done. The courses were awsome and the weather was great. The good news for me is that I qualified to compete in the world championships this weekend. Tomorrow the team will be competing in the 1.9 class with our Losi Mini Rock Crawlers.
Check back tomorrow to see what the team rigs look like. We did something special for this comp.

Here is a pic of a chassis we put together for the MRC. This is just a prototype and we'll have to see what you all think about it. I didn't get much time on mine but Jay and Jake are really happy with theirs.

Sorry for the lack of updates over the last 2 days.
Team Losi Racing had a great week of Rock Crawling.
Jay Robinette Won the 1.9 Class to become the 2009 World Champion.
We put 4 Comp Crawlers into the top 25 and 3 making the top ten.
Jay finished 3rd over all in 2.2, with Jake finishing in 6th. Marty Man Finished in 8th with an MOA Comp Crawler and Scott Hughes finishing in 14th.
I have to thank all the guys for doing a great job this week, Jay and Jake are great team mates and it was a pleasure working with the Proline team who were running Team Losi Racing Comp Crawlers.
Once I'm back in town I'll be posting some pictures from the event as well as Jay and Jake offering some insight on their week of Rock Crawling.
