I had a Mini-T and I loved it but I refuse to buy one until a kit or at least a ARR is released. I would've gotten a Mini-T Pro but they were discontinued (HUGE MISTAKE LOSI!!!) and buying a RTR is a rip off because the electronics are useless and you have to dump too much money into upgrades and the Pro came with most of the needed upgrades.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE MINI-T PRO!!!

Hi, guys

This is my MDT. I have the 3racing cabon chasis. All the ally parts are from losi.I also have the xcelorin 8750 brushless motore and spektrum receiver. I used the dynamite ESC instead of the standard losi micro ESC. My losi ESC blew up when i attached it to my 3s lipo. This Dynamite ESC is much larger but runs cooler and adds a bit of weight which improves handling dramatically.

The 3s losi lipo runs this truck like a bat out of **** - easily 45mph - much to quick for a track but awesome for speed runs. I use the 2s 300mah for everything else. This battery gives me run times in excess of 25min - coool!

also put the stock tires back on the rear for more traction.. but kept the micro 22's on the front for my strearing. Liking the setup right now but the wifey isnt happy about the money im spending LoL

here's my micro, just got it today, mounted battery on front axle/servo. pretty cool, a pillow is now a huge obstacle! fun to run, can't wait for aluminum especially the axles/carriers/hubs, it will add needed weight, this thing is light.

this is my MLM with a custom painted body. I slammed it on the ground by taking apart the shocks and putting a short piece of plastic tube in them. it has awsome handling with it lowered so close to the track surface.

i'm working on my losi mini lst2 making it brushless

but heres my 1/18th duratrax brushless vendetta. it really flys. and it's awd.
easy to control as well. with the tires i put on it. the wheels are from another model
rc, i forgot what it was. and the tires are for another 1/18th scale, i forgot what i ordered now. but it's got a cc 8000kv setup. aftermarket wheels/tires/front knuckles. i had to grind down the rear knuckles to get the tires to clear. but i am VERY pleased with it. i've had it for prob. 8 months and it's my favorite rc.i also ordered a clear body, trimmed it and painted it and wheels.

Here's my Micro Highroller's new paint job. I'm not going to run it with the new body until I get the shocks and wheelie bar I ordered, though, because the stock shocks (they're on the back--one of the oil-filled shocks broke so I had to switch back to the stock) are too unstable at high speed, and the wheelie bar will protect the truck's tailgate--it's torn off the old body from too many wheelies.

Its make from .020 PETG allmost the same exact charicteristics as lexan and actually it is better than lexan for micros. I made the plug just for the micro crawler.

Here's my little ripper/basher. Moves crazy fast and takes a lickin and keeps tickin too. Definitely my favorite! Parts get replaced as they break or becomes apparent that they need upgrading. Consists of: Mini-T, Tactic 2.4Ghz radio combo, Brushless EZ-Run ESC and Dynamite C4 9200kv motor, 15/60 gearing, 3s lipo battery pack, Losi ball diff and DD slipper clutch, CF chassis, 3Racing oil filled shocks and few other upgrades.

This little tweak of the body channels fresh cool air straight over the ESC heatsink fins. At 50+MPH it's as good, prolly better, than a ESC fan.

i had some of the losi oil shocks but they were deffective and i returned them (one was missing a bladder another one had a bladder that was a little to small and it would keep pusing into teh shock body. i got these under the impression tehy were oil shock but they are not which is really no big deal because oil shocks on this would be pointless IMHO, a littel grease in the shock body would work just as well

My Mini T is a bit of a lost project.. It started life as a Mini T RTR and I got it for Christmas from my dad... Well.. seeing as my birthday is only 6 days after Christmas, he got me the MT Pro shell to build as a project. Well.. with little help from him, I did it myself and swapped the regular MT parts into the Pro, (save the motor which the pro came with), and started building from there. After it was finished I kept having with the Stock to Pro steering servo.. the cover kept meshing with the frame and would catch and stay stuck in turning. So i removed it and glued the pins into the top of the servo so they wouldnt come out. Soon after completing it, I took it to our beach sand track, and let er' rip! Only to have it crash off a hard landing and bend the rear oil shock .. back to building.. In which I replaced both rear oils with the stock MT rear shocks.. it works ok.. but the ESC definitely needs to be changed, as the range make the Pro Short course capable only.. I only get around 30ft of range..

did a small front end mod to the body(i like the look of it now).also has a dynamite fuze 7000kv brushless system,and a 1750mah nimh.on the downside.i havent had one whole pack through it,on the count of having alot of setbacks... 2 losi transmitters...one battery meltown...and 2 busted rear axle cariers.all within a month. not sure if i had a bad buggy,or the transmitter thing is normal with these.this is my first losi.would be thrilled with this,if i could get it reliable..

p.s. already ordered the all metal gear set for the mini-t from the LHS. will be in next week!

I noticed not many people have taken advantage of the lightbar without lights on the front of the mini dt. Of course the lights do take away some run time but i like the way they look so i did 4 blue leds into the front lightbar. No other mods just yet still working on it.

Here are some pics of my schumacher rascal. It really is a beast! A massive engine and 2wd mean no control - within 3 weeks I have destroyed the body and have had to build a brace for it. I'm going to get a losi car, but i cant decide - mini or micro? If i go micro i will end up buying a losi brushless 10250kv system and lipos bit if i go micro I'll get a castle mini sidewinder system. I also saw another brushless system for these 1/36s in the posts: what is it?

I am having a hard time trying to find bigger wheels/tires for my Mini-DT. So far I have figured out that I can get the Mini-T 12mm wheel adapters and run touring wheels. I do not understand how the front wheels will work though. I have bearings in the front and the wheel nut tightens down on the inside of the bearing. How will the work with the adapters???

I am not sure on how the front 12mm hex adaptors work on a mini-T. I would get some 2.2 buggy tires and find bearings that fit the front shafts if I wanted bigger tires. Also when going to a bigger tire, dont forget to put on a smaller pinion gear on the motor. Otherwise the motor will heat up and not last so long.

Hamilton Ontario Canada here, got some great fields within 15 mins anywhere in the city, and some other great ones within an hour drive. I may do some similar trades on my paintball gear, tanks and hoppers mainly. I do have some spare gear as well that I could sell off too. I have been devoting a lot of time to this hobby and plan on actually racing this season... not just open practices anymore.

Got a clear shell for my micro high roller... after a long wait! Used pactra rattle cans, the colour is kryptonite gold with metallic black on the bed. I used parma mask on the windows (first attempt) and i'm pretty happy with the result of the masking!

it has a dynamite fuze brushless system w/7000kv motor,dynamite 1600mah nimh battery pack that i needed to open up battery tray on the sides in order for it to fit,lol. upgraded the transmission with all metal gears, 1/10th scale wheel adapters from thetoyz.com,hpi rims and tires(26mm),and a couple of body/cage mods...any suggestions for shocks?id like the ride height a lot lower,as im making it basically for on-road.was thinking mini sprint or late-model shocks2507

Hey you guys.

After i've been crazy with my micro baja 5B design (which i'm still working on) i decided to have a little fun with the losi micro crawler. Ofcourse this is gonna be a custom design too. I saw a lot of people building 1/25 scale scalers with it, but i didnt always like the outcome. But when i saw these pictures of a '99 Chevy Silverado CK, i wanted to build an exact replica scaler of the micro crawler.

I got the LiPo battery for it, and I'd like to change out the motor but with more adequate cooling. My initial search was for an alloy tub to replace the stock plastic tub, and I saw this. How do you guys like it? How is the relative torsional rigidity compared to the stock plastic? It looks a LOT more open, so does it permit more cooling, such as a heatsink? Some of the pictures I've seen using this chassis plate are quite blurry so it's hard to tell.

I like the idea of running Mini-T tires on your SCT. I like the same concept for the larger SC trucks too. The bad thing is that those tires look way too short. I think these would be awesome though.

They are large diameter Mini-Sprint tires/wheels. They are same height as the stock wheels/tires but about 1/4 inch wider.

running 1000mah 3s... so i beat it a little...

broke the servo first day, :so i fitted a 2 bucks orange micro servo from HK... works better than the original :)
brass pinion on the sliper axle was dead after 2 weeks: i modified mini t a DD slipper to fix it
also got losi aluminium shocks filled with 30wt (3holes front 2 rears..; stock springs)... original were dead after a few (too big...) jumps
aluminium steering rack waiting for the plastic one to break
