Hello all, first time here. I bought this kit in 1998, put it together and did NOTHING with it. It has been sitting on one of my shelfs in the garage the whole time. I have the original box, owner's manual, tools, etc. that came with it. I know parts for it are probably out of date. I was wondering what it is worth, if I decided to sell it. Thanks.

Very nice car if its mint :) Dont know whats its worth but very nice. I had a friend who did something similar bought brand new losi xx built it ran it up and down the road outside his house to make sure it didnt fall apart then stopped racing. Brand new xx.

I would expect you could get at least $100 for it. I woud e-bay it. There are poeple that collect R/C cars that may pay more for it since it has not been run. It is not THAT old of car you never know. Real vintage stuff can go for big bucks. A XXTGP is still a pretty good truck for someone getting into the hobby but parts may be a little hard to come by.

The 2.19 tranny ratio would be good for 17.5 (stock) racing. It would allow for the proper FDR without too crazy of gear combo. Might be too new for vintage stuff, I thought that was like pre-1996 or something.
