Anyone build a TLR oval racer yet? I am contemplating buying one specifically to run with a late model body. Maybe also run indoor 2wd off road buggy as well

I seen a 22 ran as sprint car,not bad either.

Cute - but it's been proven over time that metal cages don't stand up the abuse of oval racing, first wreck and you'll have spagetti on your hands. ;)
I agree, that why I built it to directly bolt on to stock chassis plate and everything stays stock to maintain the integrity of the stock platform. So if the cage gets bent, grab a pair of pliers and bend it back, good to go. :)

designed my own tail tank and hood molds, built a vacu-form to make them, designed and built my own full sprint chassis. Redid rear suspension geometry for oval racing. replaceable nerf bars and rear bumper. Drives like it's locked down on a rail just like my full size sprint car.

its top heavy thats what i can see with that cage
