My Mini LST Extended Chassis is just about done. (Mini LSTX for short)
This is an extended version of my Mini LST Single Servo Mod (http://www.rccustomzone.com/rccz_Products_MLSTSingleServoKit.html).
This is the same Single Servo Chassis as the one reviewed (http://forum.losi.com/showthread.php?t=709) by Optimus1t
The Mini LSTX Chassis will come standard with a Lower Skull Plate.
Here some pics below.

now if losi made a chassis like that for micro's or mici's they would make alot.lol

Yeah thats the one thing I dont like is you have to cut your rails (not to bad because there not to expensive) but thats why I added the 2 braces where I made the cut on the side for added strength..

you ever messed with plastic mold casting? you could easily cast longer rails.. all it would take is making 1 rail of each side, than ur casting begins. almost looks like u can cut the portion out on another rail and fill it back in.

I ave never thought of doing that is it easy to learn and do?

never done it, its something ive wanted to try.. its basically making a box, use putty on the bottom, lay your mold in, than you pour the usually rubber sylicone type stuff in, let dry.. than take box apart, pull the putty off, rebox around it and flip it over, than do the rubber sylicone again, than let dry.. than you pull it apart, pull the mold out, than you basically have your ends, than you pour your liquid plastic in and let it harden than you got your piece. im sure there is better words and such, lol.. but i havent done it and have wanted to do it to make chassis and such. plastic inject molding or something to seach on for info.. there are videos on youtube also.

To true on both.. Perhaps a 380 VXL motor is a bit much for the Mini LST..
I was thinking of locking all the diffs not just the center.. that should be an intresting
project...

And yes I am just one guy building plates in my backyard, I do sell them on my website..... I did not mean to offend or any disrespect.. Just thought it was a cool project people would be intrested in.. Fixing the servo issue and having an extended chassis...

Dude calm Down, if someone other than him had posted his chassis, would they be violating the terms too? Heres a product that people will be interested in, so he's sharing it.

@makakoa808: That chassis looks really good. keep it up.

Thanks for the support.... I will however try to tone down my future post.
Don't want Robbie to get a Heart Attack..

Looking at making a Dual Steering Mini LST and maybe a Mini Mini LST... a 1/20 scale..
Using the smaller of the center dogbones for front and rear.....

Oooh, good one. My diff just recently broke too.

About the rear steer, check out my post: http://forum.losi.com/showthread.php?t=1001

I was at the beginning of a rear steer mod, but I havent been able to get a servo yet. Anyway, you can see how I turned the rear (green) shocks around so that the arms could clear the shocks. That way, the servo could be mounted inboard same as in the front, instead of having to hang it off the rear.

Also, you can see how i did the single servo for the front. It works quite well.

Wow thats one insane looking mod but hey if it works... more power to you...

Thanks. The Extended chassis i got rid of yesterday. i had a better idea that i should be able to complete as soon as i can get a new servo.

Unfortunately, no videos though. My stock Esc didnt like the 8.4 volt battery. :(
I gotta get a new on eof those too now that i think about it...
