chassis difference?

is there a difference with the chassis in the 8ight-e 2.0 and the 8ight 2.0 rtr, cuz if they are about the same im just gonna buy the 8ight 2.0 and an electric conversion kit, that would save me the money for the radio, reciever and servo right? and i looked up the radio with the 8ight 2.0 and and if im not mistaken it costs 300 $ and if i just did a conversion i would be saving almost $300:D

The RTR comes with a regular chassis. It isn't machined out to flex for more traction and it weighs more. But you can still save money by buying a RTR selling all the nitro stuff and buying a race roller chassis off ebay. You'll also need Race roller shock towers but other than that $100 worth of parts you'll have the same exact buggy.
