hi,
how do i connect the balance port of the battery (LOSB9820 7.4v lipo receiver batt) to my venom lipo pro charger. the plug do not match. are there some sort of adapter i could buy.

You only plug the balancer into a blancer unit like the Losi one or an Astro Blinky.

It is used to balance out the charge between the 2 cells. You hook the regular feed up to your Venom charger to charge it like any other battery.

Lipo's just have a blancer tap because they need to be balanced for optimum performance and life.

Unless it (charger) has a built in Balance port then you just need the proper connection. Usually if your charger comes with this it will have a balancer board that should have all the types of plug connections that are common on balance taps. If not by an adapter.

Losi batteries have uncommon balance connectors on them, if you want to use your Venom charger to balance a Losi battery you will need THIS (http://www.overdriverc.com/proddetail.php?prod=LOSB9651&cat=48).

I've grabbed a few balance adapters and have yet to find the right one. Nothing pisses me off more than proprietary equipment. I like the battery but may dump it just because it's a pain to find the right adapter for my Hyperion charger.
