Hi Adam,
I just bought the 2.0 buggy. I am using your standard setup. I am running a smart diff in the center. I have been having horrible issues with rear wheel hop and lack of traction. I have tried all diffrent tires. Crime fighters, Stock losi tire, Proline calibers diffrent directions. I thought it was the tires, but it is still all over the place. The front hooks up great, i am getting a little push in the front on power. The rear end is just so twitchy. Im constantly fighting it and I know this buggy isnt supposed to handle like this. Im running on clay track. overdriverc.com . You can see pics of the track. I have the 1.0 and I use your setup on it and it is point and shoot with losi GRP cubic tires. I was going to try heavier shock fluid in the rear like 35 instead of 25 to kind of retard the rebound , and 3000 diff fluid in the rear diff instead of 2000, thought that might stop the hop and help the rear. I am also running aluminum rear hubs ,aluminum rear and front brace, I was thinking mabey that is making it too stiff. ?? Please advise . I would really appreciate the help.

I'm no pro but I moved my rear shocks in a far as they can go on top. This puts them at more of an angle and increases side bite. Another thing I did was moved my camber links all the way out to D on the hub the longer your link the more forgiving your car will feel because it takes longer for the energy to tranfer into the chassis. Basically retarding your suspension or slowing it down, so instead of it being twitchy the longer camber link soaks it up and makes the car more forgiving. In other words minor steering corrections won't make the rear end get loose and out of control.

Thank you Audiobahnaholic. I will give it a shot and let you know how it worked out. I was also wondering about the aluminum chassis braces. Do you think I should go back to plastic. Is that effecting my handling.?Think it makes the chassis to stiff?

I think Adam might be on his honeymoon. He had some races right after the wedding.

Give my set-up from Thunder Alley a try. It's posted on the Losi website.
