That was the point! ;)
They look really good going around the track in a pack as well.

For realism in off-road buggy class they sure look the part (no unrealistic wings here). I'll be grabbing a few.
Will clear bodies become available eventually?

Thx Casper. Now i'll be getting a dozen or so of these buggies and painting them different colours for use at my local track.
The guys at the LHS went to Melbourne last week for the RC convention and saw these first hand and were very impressed.
A job well done Losi.

I'm sure you'll sell tons of these in the U.S.!
Here in Europe, Short Course (Truck) racing is slowly but surely getting impetus. We had quite some success with a Slash spec class in our state wide racing series in the last two years, and this year we're switching to a more open ruleset with only one brushless motor allowed and no timing advance to keep the speed down to the Slash spec level.
I really doubt that many racers (except hardcore racers who are sick of the SCT's parachute effect) here are interested in scale buggies like the Losi or the Ultima DB; maybe there will be a market among bashers. Although they are quite realistic looking, it takes time getting used to them, and quite honestly I think there are not enough drivers here to support two such similar racing classes. I don't hope that these buggies are the beginning of the SCT class's end.
This buggy again was a very surprising release by (Team) Losi, I really hope to be surprised by a 22-based SCT in the near future! (and a gear diff for the 22, of course...)
Keep up the great work!:)

The us guys LOVE there trucks. No way will this replace SC racing. Will it be enough to start a new class. Only time will tell. It would be neat to see this be the new "spec" class. That is for sure. :)

Ok i cant wait to get one myself but now Losi needs to wonder if there will be a 1/8 scale nitro SC truck?
If i can get a body to fit i may try to get my buggy or truggy into SC truck
Does anyone have some setups for this car?

I run my SCT setup with only the front end changes. I try and mimic my front end setup as close as possible with the other shock placement.
Check out the SCT setups and adapt and start from there. Works well
