here is my crawler its a hpi wheely king but I have plenty of other losi trucks. it has a 45t integy motor, a proline rockstar body, proline masher 2000 tires, and the bead locks r just look alikes. I have yet to enter a comp. with it but I have alot of fun around here driving in the creek beds around home.

My allready banged up ride.

Motor/esc : Team orion.Vortex 21.5 t sensored brushless crawler combo. ( 13 T pinion and might move up to 15 T )
Spectrum DX3s - telemetry fitted / temp probe on motor.
DIG servo : small one, unknown make.
Steering servo : Suspect. torque: 13,5 kg/cm speed: 0,12 sec (60 deg)
Battery : yes a couple ;) but not the kind of batteries i want to run in the future.

I have added about 5 Oz of lead to the front wheels and 2 in the rear, and then moved a fjew things around.

The thing go Up / Down / Over / Across anything it can get a grip on :D next up is finding more mony and then make it ride even better.

Keeping in mind the heavy battery i run on top of everything im deeply impressed with the performace of the truck, even sidehilling is good considering the setup :D

Goat 2s w/ 18.5T Crawler motor on 12t pinion.
Aluminum C's, spindles, rear lock outs, upper link mounts, steering servo mounts and plate. MIP axles (V3's on order), steel DIG plates and aluminum motor clamp.
Crawler InNovations Dual Stage Foams
Losi Comp Claws on the front, Rock Claws out back.
8oz in the front wheels and 2.75oz in the rear.
I built the tuber cage.
I swapped ends on the LCC. Front axle is on the rear, rear on the front. ESC is under the hood, battery in the back. Receiver on top of the Losi MSX12 DIG servo. Nice and clean layout with minimal wires. (Wires from ESC to motor are 1 inch long)
It will climb anything it can get a grip on up to 70*

it has losi threaded shocks set in droop, stock rims withthe pvc mod, stump puller and cut n shut panthers with a park flyer 800mah 2 cell lipo.. the panthers were done by jmz6 of gsrcrc

Some pics of my Losi MRC i picked up a couple of weeks ago.
Mods are:
Front/Rear high clearance links
Front/Center/Rear Metal Lockers
Losi MRC Threaded shocks
Battery mounted on rear axle
Aluminum skid plate
Pro-Line weighted bead locks (full weight in front half in back)
Star-cut foam

Everything seems to work pretty well, It really amazes me everytime i take it out.
My brother in law has an Axial scorpion and i have no problem keeping up with his even tho it is 10th scale. Everyone keeps telling me that the flat iron tires from Pro-Line are a must have upgrade so i guess that will be next. Any tips or thoughts would be great =).

Got this a few weeks ago. I've added weights to the front and back with the H3 and Hx Hummer shell, then moved the battery to the rear, weighted all tires using metal "ballast" tape around the inside of the rims and cut back some of the foam to make them flatten a bit, then added the Rover body (not a fan of Land Rover but the roof rack looks cool).

It is a monster truck body. Just trying something different. It's a Proline Silverado body for a T/E Max. It still crawls very well even for the height.

This is what I have been putting together for my wife.

LNC
Titan 21T motor with 20T pinion
5595 servo
BEC
LCC steering
LCC upper and lower link
Stock ESC and TX/RX
Weighted and vented tires

I just picked up a LCC tranny/dig, servo, and drive shafts for it. I have a Goat 3S on order, but I have not decided what to do for a motor right now. I am going to try the 21T motor, but will most likely will pick up a 18.5 brushless motor. This is a slow build. I have to keep mine and my sons crawlers working also.

I just picked this mini up a few days ago, and the mods have started. So far I have relocated the battery, and receiver added a full size Patriot servo(anywhere from 380 oz. on 4.8 to 426 on 7.2, and only 65 bucks new), I have some weighted Pro-Line bead-locks(just deciding on tires). I have some RCBros alum. lockers, but will wait to destroy the stockers before I install them. The mods will probably keep continuing after this much is done, but heres the pics....

I am new to R/C Crawling. My Crawlers are the Losi Night Crawler and the Losi Micro Crawler. The VW body was my first body project. Just a basic paint job. I am also looking for some great mod ideas for better performance.

Hey all, new to the forum, but have owned lots of Losi products for the past 11 or 12 years. I picked up a BND NC from my local shop as soon as they hit the floor, and have been extremely pleased. Over the past few months I've made some changes, making it the best sportsman rig possible. This past Saturday I entered my first competition in the sportsman class...and won! Big thanks to Losi for making such a dependable product!

Here's my Comp Crawler. This is my second attempt at airbrushing a body for it. Running gear includes a Castle Mamba Max Pro esc (had a Novak Goat 3s/21.5 Ballistic combo that both items crapped out on me), and a Team Epic D3 21.5 crawler motor. Use an Airtronics 94780M steering servo, and a Hitec HS-82mg dig servo. Running on a CKRC 1300 3s lipo. Proline Titus rims and JConcepts Rocx tires. This thing is so much fun to drive!

LNC based Bodiless, 4300kv on 2s Savox 1256 servo, rock claws on rear and HB rovers on front for "overdrive", custom homemade bodiless body.

Both on Spektrum 2.4

This is my high performance basher crawler. Here are the specs from my setup sheet. Front suspension: Upper track rod: 7, Shock arm position: 1, Shock mount position: A, Shock oil: 42.5wt, Piston: 3 hole, Inner limiters: 10mm, Outer limiters: 3/32", Springs: RTR silvers with no pre-load. Rear suspension: Upper track rod: 3, Shock arm position: 1, Shock mount position: A, Shock oil: 42.5wt, Piston: 3 hole right/1 hole left, Inner limiters: 10mm, Outer limiters: none, Springs: Pro blue right/RTR black left. Right pre-load: none/left pre-load: 1/8". All shocks outboarded and inverted. Front lower track rods straight/rear lower track rods bent. Tire/wheel: Proline 1.9 Titus/HB Rovers 1.9 with factory foams. I'm not sure of the ounces in wheels, but it's the lightest in the rear and next heaviest in the front. Electronics/drivetrain/battery: Novak Mongoose esc on rear axle with Novak Micro Pro w/15t pinion on flipped transmission. MIP drive shafts. Losi 7.4v 600 mAh 2S2P LiPo battery on front axle. Aluminum carriers on both axles with zero ackerman front spindles. Hex drives are 8mm wide aluminum units from Hot Racing (purchased from CKRC). Steering: Hitec HS-5625 MG steering servo. I have also fashioned a lexan shelf on the rear of the tranny (which is now the front) for the receiver to further lower and place the mass more forward on the rig. Paint by Bill Zegers of Zegers RC Graffix. Body work by Kabuki. The reason for the "custom" body work is that I wanted to clear the tires and the esc's wires and not ruin Bill's very cool work. My inspirations for the graphics were Losi team captain Rick Trujillo and Arlen Ness (Arlen was also the inspiration for the colors, which is very Novak).

shocks are made with stock lnc cartridges and shafts, trinity/epic double seal o-rings, scb rear bodies, rpm dual stage pistons, and 30wt oil.
still have to make panels for it at some point
