i am getting a losi slider and need to now what kind of battery to get

Are you buying it new? I belive they are RTR(ready to run) so it should come with a battery.
If Ur buying it used it would help to know if its a brushed or brushless motor. But either was your LHS(LOCAL HOBBY STORE) should be more than glad to help.

I run a MaxAmps 4200ss 2s lipo in mine. perfect fit and awesome power.
