Use one of the 2 mounting brackets it came with, whichever fits the engine/mount you have. Put on the sensor on the bracket with the 2 little screws it came with and mount the bracket and sensor so it is 1/8 inch from the flywheel. Place one of the reflective decals on the flywheel.

ggoosen, just went through it..
depending on the size of the flywheel you can go with what GorillaMask587 says but if it is not wide enough as is with the losi 454 engine you may have to attach the rpm sensor to radio tray next to the center diff with servo tape and secure it with a screw that comes with the telemetry so you may have to tap a hole on the radio tray and use the reflective decal on the diff housing. hey if you know someone with a rtr 8t 2.0 check it out.

hi.. thanks for the reply, it is exactly as you mentioned.. i cannot use the flywheel, i need to use the diff housing.. thats why i am asking for someone to send pics or explain. cos i need to know where its placed.
the tele kit comes with a long and a short arm for the rpm sensor.. also where do the wires go.!

ggoosen,
if you have it, check the operations guide if not, go to the the products tab on the losi site choose the 8t 2.0 rtr truck. when it opens click on the resources tab and then the 8t 2.0 rtr user manual and then go to page 6. all the info you need should be right there. looking at the picture, you may want to use the screw hole on the right side of the sensor to line it up right (its what i had to do to get it to work) good luck. oh yeah, when you get it right the thing hauls.
