Hi Adam,
I would like to convert my 8ight 2.0 buggy to the electric version, barely been used but don't knw what i need or if i need a few extra bits. Couldnt be a massive help and sort me part numbers so i can order all the bits i need including which xcelorin sensored kit to buy and what batteries to use with it and anything else i might need. Plus if you have any hints or tips that would be great. Thanks very much

Just chiming in......... i run a 2.0B with Losi conversion, Castle 2200 and ESC, Turnigy 5000 20c lipo, and i have few problems. My esc switch went bad tonight in the 2nd heat on the new layout though. However, the rhythm is a complete 43 feet lip to landing and the castle switch took a dump from the tough landings. Keep in mind this is indoor btw.

So you just went for the Team Losi Eight Electric conversion kit hardware package (LOSA0912) that fits both new and old buggy. Has the new 2.0e buggy got this package in it then or will there be a new up dated conversion kit coming out????

Get the LOSA0912. No new conversion kit in the works.

I know this site has been dormant but I hope someone can give me a hand.
I just installed the conversion kit into my Nitro Losi 8ight Buggy 1.0. I would like to use the stock metal spur gear that I have been running. I know a lot of guys are stripping the plastic that comes with the kit.
My question Is can you please give me a direction as to what pinion gear to use or what tooth count to start with. Also are the pitch the same as the metal spur and the plastic spur that comes with the conversion
Thanks
