steering servo for losi T-Ten Truggy

i broke the gears inside of my steering servo and i was wondering if there is a steering servo with metal gears instead of the plastic gears? if so which one is it i don't really want to have to do any modifying on the body yet its still too new to me lol. thanks for your help.
