8ight-E 2.0 in nitro races

I have heard that electrics race beside nitros on tracks.

But what I don't understand is how when nitros need to come in for pit stops every 6-7 minutes, how they deal with the electrics that do not have to come in to change their batteries in 30 minutes?

I am thinking of purchasing the E brushless version, but just want to make sure that I'll be able to be included in long races with the nitros.

We run 15 minute mains, and I make all the electrics do a stop and go in the pits.

But, for our points races I don't have electric run with the nitros.

It all depends on the race program, I guess.
