skip stutter on full power and red light

im pulling my hair out
i race 10.5t losi xcelorin combo on spektrum / lipo

when i hit full power it hesitates and gives a flash of red led

im running lates firmware etc

whats the fix?

ya, same here only i run a sensorless

sideshowbob & shadoweye - The flashing red LED means the ESC has detected battery voltage below the Low Voltage Cutoff point. Have you adjusted these settings with the PC Setup Software or Quick Programming Card? Once the LVC kicks in it will temporarily limit power to avoid damaging the battery. As soon as it detects voltage above your LVC limit it will start running normally again. Mashing on the throttle will pull lots of amps and draw the battery voltage down quickly. If the LVC isn't set properly this could be the source of the issue. Hope that helps.

The Problem is the ESC. Horizon Hobbies said, you must run the LVC in NimH-Mode and 6Volt Cutoff......thats not the right way to fix these Problem :confused:

Nimh or Lipo Mode is a different think !!

run it on nimh setting! thats crazy that could scrap my $160 lipo

Then most likely your battery can't deliver the power needed.

No No...i try it with 3 different Lipos....Intellect 5000mAh 40C, Team Orion 3800 Race Spec 30C (Kokam) and LRP 5300 40C.......the best you can buy ;.)

The Problem is the ESC.

what about the stutter and it was a freshly charged lipo for me and also before i hit the throttle the light doesnt blink.
