Hy at all
I will run my brandnew LCC with Novak Goat, 18.5t brushless and 2S Lipo. Can you give my advice what pinion i should use to have a good performence without heat-troubels.

I would start with a 12-14 tooth pinion. If everything is good in the diffs, it will run great.

As Jake mentioned, we did have some bad worms get out into the production vehicles. It would be a good idea to check them out and make sure the angle of the worm/Spool teeth angle down from left to right. If they appear straight and angling the other direction you have a bad gear. Also the wear pattern should be directly down the center of the gear and not to the edge.
Again this has been a hit and miss type problem so you might be ok, but it doesn't hurt to check.

Rich, just to let you knopw, there have been replacement gears going out that are squared on one side and rounded on the other. I am personally boggled as to why but one guy came into the hobby shop with 2 of them asking how to make them work. I told him to contact you guys as it seems to be a production problem. Figured you should know as there are most likely going to be alot of P,.O.ed people reguarding that worm gear issue.
