I got this http://www.modelsport.co.uk/index.php?product_id=38765 Losi Speed-T.
After just 2 - 3 times of using the car the ESC (electronic speed control) as broken on it. I can turn the car but got no fwd/rev movement.
I've bin e-mailing a lot off people about this as I've bin told I should get new ESC free as it's not my fault and it's a known problem with the speed-t esc braking.
So any way, can I get new ESC free or do I have to buy one myself even though it ain't my fault?
Thanks
Paul

You need to contact Losi directly.....not through the forum. You will get much better responce!

Is it possible your ESC lost throttle calibration, and needs to be recalibrated? This is in the manual, so double check the procedure, but you turn the transmitter on, hold down the ESC button while turning the receiver power on, wait for solid yellow light, release button, pull trigger for full forward throttle, wait for green flashing light to go solid green, repeat for full reverse throttle, waiting for red flashing light to go solid red, release and wait for blue flashing light to go solid blue, (neutral) then turn off receiver and back on.
Again, I could be wrong, so double check manual if you have problems and haven't tried this already. I've had it happen a couple of times with my Losi Mini Rock Crawler, but not the Speed-T yet. (only had the SPT a couple of weeks)
