Personally, there are a few other chassis's that need attention too. The 1/10 Desert Truck needs another body choice, The XXXcr buggy would benefit from one also (bring back the 5-spoke wheels!! I do not like dish wheels!), and the XXXT can use another choice too. The Mini LST needs some NON-racing inspired bodies. I spoke with Parma and Proline and they have no intention of making anthing for it. That leaves the stock ugly body or racing inspired bodies. I (and others) would like a H2/3/1/Hx, Tahoe, Jeep, Chevy/Ford/Dodge truck. Just nothing more that is race inspired....it's not a race truck!

I agree they all need more body styles
Non racing ones would be great
I would love a old style 80's monte carlo or a 97 chevy silverado
more body styles would attract more people to them.

The main gripe I have is that no aftermarket compaines are doing anything for Losi....Save a few...The only alternative that was out there was Dahms and they sold the company to a couple guys that basically flushed it down the tubes. I really liked the bodies too.
Any hoo....
With all that is going on, they (Losi) hasn't come up with any new bodies. The MiniLST has been abandoned, the Mini-T is almost there....the XXX & XXXT are kinda bland....the LST/2/XXL are ugly. The Desert Truck is ok....but some variety would be nice.
As for wheels, I used to search high and low for the 5-spoke wheels for use on my XXX....now they're gone. Plain old dish wheels are blea.....Same goes for the XXXt...and I have to say that I am tired of yellow and blue......it has gotten really really old.

id like to see some basic inexpensive beadlocks for the mrc....like in the 20 buck price range per pair.... and also offer alum rings for the stock mrc rims..

A xxx rtr truck and buggy to fill the price gap between the kits.An alternative to desert truck also more option parts for them....the young guys want what the racers have, but affordable, easy and bashable .Something they can option up as they break or can afford to.They need a rtr LOSI or they'll get an Associated,Duratrax or various others. Every kid asks about mine and they say they can't afford a xxx-t but want that look.

I remember when I worked at my LHS, at that time Losi did offer a "Spec" version of the XXX & XXXT. They never sold though. The reason wasn't that they were kits, but that they came with bushings, slider shafts, and many other downgrades. The funky blue tires didn't help matters any either. With the cost of materials (namely bearings) comming down steadily, I do not see a reason as to why Losi doesn't offer a new "budget" XXX & XXXT kit???? Simply use the RTR parts in place of the high end parts, lose the sliders and use universals (don't need to include actual CVD's), use standard aluminum shock bodies - NON threaded....It seems like it can be put together pretty inexpensively as all the parts already exist...they just need to be packaged together! Honestly we sold RC10T3's NON FT 20 to 1 compared to Losi XXXT Pro Level kits...always due to cost.
