Howdy!

Bought an XXX-S off ebay a yr or two ago and finally getting around to playing with it. It came with an HPI TF-3 controller, HPI AF-a receiver and has a Novak Explorer Mega FET esc on it. Got batteries onboard and when I hit the on switch, the tires start going. I used the throttle trim to reduce the speed but I've got it turned down as far as it will go and the wheels still turn. How can I get the car in neutral? Please help!

Thanks,

Roy

playing with your throttle trim isn't the correct method for the outcome your looking for, what you should do is find an online manual for the engine and look up how to tune the engine and go from there.

Also try adjusting the actual throttle linkage on the servo instead of the trim on the remote.

 The XXX-S is electric , not nitro .

texasfirefighting , you need to program the ESC to the radio .
