This is the setup I use at my track and it is a pretty good setup for both high and low line racing. Takes a good set as well as rolls through the turn well. However, do NOT use brake or hard off the power as the car will want to rear steer into the turn causing a TON of over steer. Trick to this setup is keeping your speed up and smooth on and off the throttle. No "snappy" inputs. You might need to adjust your gearing for your track as this is a smaller track with tight corners. Hence the smaller pinion. I also use the Losi Threaded coil overs so I don't measure ride heights. I use the number of turns down or up from a zero touch free float condition on the springs (preload).
