Desert Truck Track Set Up's?

I picked up two 1/10 scale desert trucks for my boys.
We are starting to spend more time @ the tracks in our area and looking for some advise on a baseline set up for the track with the Desert Truck.

I am well aware the trucks are not XXX-t cr but I know they can work well for some track days.

Your advise will be appreciated.

I changed shock oil and springs before I took my DT to a track.
Went with 35wt oil and red/pink springs f/r.
Used red directionals in front and red step pins in the rear.
Worked GREAT!!!!;)

The Trucks worked really well at the track in fact they worked much better than I ever thought they would. Thanks for the baseline i will be dialing them in from there.
I went to the track last friday used the desert truck and had a blast and was as fast as any of the 2wd stadium trucks there.
These truck are going to get more of MY time now!
