I just got a hitec 7995TG servo for my race roller. I have a recently installed brushless conversion and just got this truck all together.

The problem is the truck turns to the left alot quicker and faster than it does when i turn to the right. I'm using a Spektrum DX 3.0 radio with a sr3001 receiver. It doesn't matter if the endpoints are at 100% or 125% it still turns alot faster to the left. The servo horn was centered properly. When the servo horn is off, the steering linkage all moves pretty smooth. I don't know what else it could be.

Any ideas?

its a hi tec thats your problem LOL JK.

way slower or what? i would say something wrong with the servo or not enough voltage is going to the servo but it would do it both ways

When it's sitting still, does the steering physically move faster in one direction? That tells me that there's binding somewhere, but you say it's all smooth.

So I'm assuming you mean that it turns sharper in one direction and when the truck is moving, it steers more aggressive to one side. If that's the case, I would check to make sure your toe angle is the same on each side and just for fun, I would redo your radio settings.

Max out the Dual Rate and then set your EPAs. If you don't max out the D/R before setting your EPAs, you can get some strange steering characteristics...
