I recently converted to having all LiPo and got rid of all my NiMh batteries. I have a huge question about charging. The hobby shop said to never charge above 2amps and another shop I do business with said to never charge above 4 amps. A buddy said ot charge at 1amp per 1,000mah. Which is it? I'm scared to death to charge these batteries since I've heard so many combos on charging them. I've got one 2S 7.4 6,000mah LiPo, two 2S 7.4 5,200mah LiPo, and a 2S 7.4 2,800mah LiPo.
:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused: :confused::confused::confused:
Thanks for any info!

First, make sure you balance them while charging. Extends the life and performance of a LiPo.

Second, I always use the 1 amp per 1000mah method. Probably takes longer than ramping up the amps, but my batteries are cool when charging, so I'm not worried about them frying/going up in flames. Can't say I'd be that comfortable if I were charging at a higher rate...
