I just got an after market esc and motor but I'm not sure what I should use to mount it. I tried double sided stick foam stuff. After several runs dirt got under it an it became weak and I pulled it off. I am now using this stuff called Atomotive Goop and it seems to work.
Just curios of what everybody else uses:)

I use this stuff for mounting all my electronics. It sticks GREAT but what is best is it comes off in one piece with no mess. Greatest stuff ever.

You can always use good old shoe goo as well. It dries pretty fast and makes a good bond that is easy to get off when needed.

The automotive Goop he is using is Shoe Goo in a different tube . There are several good double sided tapes that hold very well . I use this stuff my LHS sells [not sure of brand ] and the Parma clear stuff works good and comes off in one piece as well .

I like using Industrial strength Velcro from Home Depot. Gives it that shock padding and easy to remove electronics from car.

:)Awsome:)
I will probably "stick" with the Automotive Goop or the shoe goo. (So what exactly is servo tape???)

Servo tape is just double sided foam tape. The MIP stuff I feel holds better with less prep then the parma stuff but I would say it is second best of the stuff out there.

i use the grey 3m tape it has some stretch to it and will hold 5 pounds n sticks to what ever u put it on and works good. i use it for everything from holding my weights on the back of my mrc to holding my elect in place n never had a problem. most walmarts have it in the hardware department
