Hi all,
Making the upgrade to brushless for my High Roller. What is the difference between a 12T, 8T, 6.5T? I already upgraded the gears and drive shafts, so I should be okay there. For the High Roller, is the 6.5T too much? I believe that the lower the "T" number, the faster the motor.. is this correct? What does the "T" mean? Thanks in advance for your help.

T are turns of wind on stator at brushless. But for brushless there are .5 winds. Less winds = more RPM so more power.

Yes the T stands for turns. It is the number or winds of wire on the stator for brushless or the rotor for brushed motors.

BL motors are in .5 winds due to the configuration on the stator. brushed motors are in full winds.

6.5 I think would be way too much for a high roller but it mit may be fun since it will be so over powered. I think 6.5 is way too much for most any 10th scale car other then a 4wd but even that will be a handful with current batteries!

i would buy the 9t ezrun 3in 1 combo , i have it in my strike and run on 2c lipos and it runs sweet , will be spot on for your high roller
