I do not have first hand experience with this one but it sounds like it has a 2 position 3rd channel switch which will only give you front or rear dig but not both.

I have mine set for the D switch I think it's the D (it's the top one on the handle ) you go to settings set switches and scroll through to select Aux. 3 pos I reversed my switch so by pushing forward is front dig and back is rear dig.
some of the buttons/swtiches can only be set to 2 pos. so test it out to find the one you want to use is available with 3 pos.

Exactly! Does it make sense to use the Losi Crawler with only one Dig ... when you can have only one ... what you prefer? Front or rear Dig?

Front dig will have more benifits then the rear dig, so hook it up and get crawling.

Thank for your answer .... greetings from SwitzerlandI have never seen any one use that stuff. It must be easy and some one must be using it? I wonder if it would be cheaper if they left it out? I'm sold on the weight alone.

This questions has been up for over a year and still no answer????????
Great forum!!!!!!!????
I have the same question since I have the DX3S that came with my 8T2.0 and would like not to have to buy another transmitter for my Comp Crawler.
Any answers out there??? If so how do you make it work?

To answer your question simply.......
If you have a 3 position auxiliary channel switch then you will have full use of the dig....both front and rear.
If you have a 2 position auxiliary channel switch then you will have partial use of the dig....front OR rear but NOT both.
In your case...the DX3S has a 2 position auxiliary channel switch so you will be unable to utilize full use of the dig. Set it up to run front dig and go crawling........your not missing much by not having rear dig.
Here is a link to the DX3S operators manual just in case you need it. DX3S Manual (http://www.spektrumrc.com/ProdInfo/Files/SPM3140_User_Manual.pdf)
