View Full Version : 1/10 Racing
You planning on racing in 1/10 (4wd buggy etc) as much as what you do with 1/8? Notice that the Kyosho and AE boys do, would be nice to see Drake on top of all podiums :p

Hello,
When I had to move I couldn't find any off-road tracks in about a 120 mile radius. When I quit racing the XXCR and XXCRT and the 2000Sanyo and the Novak Cyclones were necessary to be competitive. Now no more brushed motors,I guess the hot item is the XXX.
I'm just curious,I knew men that had a good 10,000 US set up of all the best of charger,dischargers,lathes,etc.....
Are there still people that race ni-cads or is it all Li-Po's now?
I'm mainly curious if any of my chagers,Competition Electronics is of any kind of use with
lets say just a six pack AA NI-MI.I got a Tiny Turbo made by the same company that goes all the way down to 0.05 -0.75ma,that was mostly used for transmitter of 4 cell reciever packs, but ni-cads.
I'll cut it off here now,any suggestions or any suggestions what to do with my equipment would even be helpful. It's all in great shape.,I might get me a small plane to fly here in the valleys of Missouri,no winds, great for flying.:)
Thanks,Robert

Alan- I did race everything including 1/10th, but don't have the time with my responsibilities at work.
roberted5r/cnut- It's pretty much all lipos and brushless.
