It is probably doing this because of the motor .

Your gonna need a new motor . The only reason for the wire to break off is from overheating the motor and the coating on the armature burnt/melted off .

i havent over heated it though.and what would the armature do if it was?

if losi hasnt fixed it for you yet....
my first guess would be that you have a sh!t battery. the esc will cut in and out and you could possibly even get the blinking red led on the esc. either- turn down the "initial acceleration" or get a lipo that will deliver at least 35 amps. your peak is 35 amps and your esc should limit it's own intake. so THEORETICALLY, you should be able to hook up a battery that can deliver one million amps and your esc will take only 25 with couple second bursts of 35. hope this helps.

I am only speaking of what i have heard and my own experience. i am running the Xcelorin 3.5t sensored combo (100amp continuous, 540 peak) with a Max Amps 9000mah 540 surge amps battery and have been fine. just make sure you are geared properly and have fun.

Sorry to hear that . Servos are not normally covered under warranty unless there is a well know issue . Otherwise anyone that smacks their car/truck into a wall or tree will be wanting a replacement for free .
