You guys are lucky, we can only run 6 months out of the year up here. And we have 1 small outdoor track. But we have 3 seperate big tracks about 2 hours away.

Whats up Anthony! It was nice meeting you to and you will have to make out to AZ for sure, we got the Nitrocross World Championships coming up at the pit in Oct. you should try to make it out, Just try not to bring the weather with you lol no offense but if the pit got as much rain as madness did we wouldn't be racing for a month lol good thing smyka busted his butt to get the track finished

Thanks, I saw that flyer but it has no info on where the track is, cost, how to enter, etc. We have never been to the Nitro Pit before.:eek:

Hey Dakotah, they haven't released a ton of info just yet other then that flyer, as soon as i find out anything ill get the information to you. Track is in Wittman about an hour or so's drive from SRS, if you want an exact location check out the website there is a link in the first post of this forum from Casey. Hope you guys make it out!

Sounds like the Nitro Pit may be CLosing as Speed World is expanding:confused::eek:!! They supposedly have bulldozed a track already! But that's OK because Fear Farm Raceway just Opened and it's 1/8 Track is the Best I have ever seen!! The Hobby shop sponsors from the Nitro Pit are already here at Fear Farm R/c Raceway! They have a 1/10, 1/8, going to build a 1/5, and are working on a Oval dirt track for drifters right now! They are also talking about building a Real MT track also but need more support for it to be Built!! It is locate @ Loop 101 and Thomas in the West Valley!!;):):D

I am the owner and original founder of the Nitro Pit. There is no truth to this above rumor what so ever!

Also One hobbies or the Nitro Pit have no affiliation to fear farms.. FF is great place and as a racer look forward to racing there in the future!

Sounds like some immature track owner trying to spread false rumors and badmouth their competition. Grow up, no one is stupid enough to fall for "theyre gone, they sucked anyway.......... hey check out this cool new track and its so uber".

I just got back form Fear Farm and have to say it is a great track. I ran the 1/10th scale track and loved it. It is a tough track. Well, at least it was tough for me. I don't think I had one good, smooth lap. Also, I have to give props to the people who run it, as I showed up today and technically the track was closed but since I drove all the way out there, they let me play around. I know alot of other tracks would have had no quips about sending me away packing.

Just started to have more time to get back on Losi Forums and I found the above quote!

Yeah it was Malicious Rumors I found out by a Wanna Be racer and Hack Traxxas Mechanic! I already Apologized several months ago to CarKingAz for repeating what I heard without talking to him!! And I am not the owner of the track!!::rolleyes:

I never spoke ill will of Nitro Pit though like you quoted above so get your facts straight also:mad:

Fear Farm and Nitro Pit both are great Tracks though!!:D
