Hello Adam sorry you had rough time at Nats this weekend. Had a question about my truggy 8 2.0. I was running at the Leighton Dillard race and in qualifing I kept hitting the top of one jump hitting my spurgear and killing my engine. I had this happened 3 times while qualifing until I chose another line. I still qualified 3rd for the amain but question I have is can I shim my center diff housing up, will this mess anything up. I am using the spit center diff housing.
Thanks,
Dwayne Kennedy

Hello adam, another question related to my previous one. If I changed to a 48t spur gear and went to a 14t clutch bell should i still be close enough in my gear ratio not to notice much difference. I have fried my rear ring and pinion and this is first time had problem with it but also first time had problem hitting my spur gear on jumps. Dont know if the two are related? I said earlier I still qualified 3rd that was mistake I did still qualify but was 4th my bad.
