Lst2 427 engine breakin

Hey Guy's I'm really new at this.

Just need some advice how how to properly break in my new engine.
people of told me to just let it idle on a box??
but some say you never get it to temp this way for proper break in???

Or should i run it a 1/4 throttle hold for 2 sec and then repeat.
And just increase throttle to 1/2 and for longer time through each tank.

Any suggestions.
