Went well past my expectations that is .


Anyone that says Losi/Horizon has crappy service is an idiot . I have always a great service with the service dept. and they just went another step above .

On Monday Aug. 31st I sent in my Losi Balance charger to get fixed . It just wouldn`t power up anymore . Anyway , I sent a note why I sent it and what the problem was . I also state that I couldn`t find my receipt and probably won`t be under warranty so to call me with the cost to repair . I figured I either see it or hear from them in a few weeks , no big deal .

Went to the P.O. to get my mail today and there is a box from Horizon . Thinking to myself I don`t remember ordering anything this week . Sure enough , not only did they replace it they sent me the new MultiPro Intelligent Balance Charger !!

You can`t get better service then that , a 5 day turnaround from the day I shipped it out including shipping !

It also helps that they are only 2.5 Hours away....great turnaround times! :D

Thats excellent, I havent' had any issues to bring up with Horizon so wouldn't know what their services are like. Apparantly AE/LRP are the worse

I've always had great service from the Losi/Horizon guys! Best thing to do if you have a problem is call them. In the past if I had a defective part or something missing in a kit, they took care of it pretty quick!

just a pitty they don't give such a service for European customers, I'm waiting for my ESC 6 weeks now:mad:

ditto down under, our importer holds next to no stock, and we pay through the nose for what they do have.

then they use the excuse they don't hold lots of stock cause so many ppl buy from overseas. when it costs half the price inc freight why would you buy at your lhs

One of the best things Losi can do for itself si choosing distributors able to give a proper service to European countries customers!
Choose don't be chosen !
BTW i never had problems with Losi products and spares,i always buy Losi stuff from abroad,at least if i need service i can rely to U.S. suppliers.

some time ago it was no problem
but they changed the "european market distribution system"
now everything must go by Germany and England

next time i'll send it myself to amerika maybe it will go faster:mad:
