You can't water proof it, but you can make it super water resistant.
Most folks will either use balloons or plasti-dip or a combination of the two. For example on my Revo all of my servos are plasti-dipped and my radio gear and battery get sealed up in balloons in the winter time.
You can also use products like Outerwears air filter covers to keep the big blobs of water and snow off your filter. I've also seen an ingenious fellow drill a hole in a spray can lid and put that over the end of his air filter for protection. Cool idea and cheap.
The ten-t is actually pretty easy to make water resistant considering the radio gear and battery are already in neat little boxes.

I just spray all my electronics with CORROSION BLOCK electronics will run under water
and i also put the receiver in a balloon
