Anyone that races an LST knows about the Muggification process. Losi should make a kit to convert LST2 or XXL owners trucks to a race machine. Kit would be relatively easy to make and utilizes all OEM muggy parts, revos would not stand a chance.

I also agree. A full race truck, maybe even race roller.

Indeed....

Would also be really sick if they could figure a way to bumpstart a LST, so that we could tap into some of these potent .21s that's been hitting the shelves lately...

Or make a starter box that could fit a LST, yet still be used on other platforms like the 8's....

I'd love a bump box to work on my aftershock... broke my pullstart/spin start and I haven't even passed break in yet!

you need the original roto that came from the lst2...they NEVER fail....it has no pull start bs attatched to it

LOSI SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS FOR RACERS....mabe design a more efficent lst2 to run in the mt class, i mean theres hardly any mt rules as it it now

LOSB5111? I just replaced my stock backplate with this one earlier this afternoon, so far so good. Hopefully this is the stronger more durable one your talking about...

So what parts exactly are needed to Muggify a XXL? I searched this forum all over and couldn't find a clear answer. Parts and modifications needed please or if there is a thread somewhere that I missed, please direct me to it.

Thanks
Ray

Right On, Nice find.

Are the muggy shock shafts shorter?? Wondering why they add those and the muggy shock bodies.

I agree;):) I hear all the time about Traxxas Revo owner's stating that their are the best because they win all the time at Nationals! Well not last Year, a LST won the ROARS!! Also I always tell them that they are the only sponsored MT's out there other than a handfull of HPI savages! The LST when it won was not factory sponsored, could you imagine if it was or they sponsored some more, the Revo's would never win!! I owned a couple and they are not same build quailty period and there is almost a 4lb difference in weight!

Please Losi start Sponsoring some guys and build a race kit and / or a Race Roller!!!;):)

I own a Losi Ten-T (I believe it is the Best RTR on the market and great for any First time Nitro) and I also currently have a Losi XXL that I love (best MT Built and comes with awesome Transmitter/RX just like my Ten-T)!! Sold my hopped up Aftershock to buy it and Love it way more than the Aftershock!!
