losi eight t rtr 2.o starter box issue

i just picked a new in box losi eight t 2.0 rtr from my lhs and i charged up the batts for the starter box and im just not getting any power at all the motor is fine i checked it and everything is connected excepted for the end of the circuit where the tabs meet and it connects to the capacitor lookin thing that looks like it WASSS connected to the motor does anyone know what tab on the motor that connects to or is that for if you get another motor :mad:

I am not quite sure what your problem is my starter box keeps striping the reduction gear and belt every two or three days andybody knows what causes this to happen

Can you post a picture? I dont recall any resistor looking item.

Sounds like you are shredding belts? I havnt used this particular box although all the boxes i have used have a slot on 1 of the motor screws that you can adjust the tension of the belt.
