Ok, so I know this isn't Losi specific but I feel it is a good question none the less. How do you all adjust your steering EPA? Do you leave your dual rate setting all the way up and then adjust your end points? That way you don't have to worry about maxing out the steering servo if you have the dual rate too high. It makes sense to me but I just wanted to get some other opinions.

I am not an oval guy but I would set my travel and epa's with 100% dual rate setting. If you want less steering then turn down the dual rate setting. As long as you do not go above 100% on dual rate (not sre you can but don't know what radio you are using) you don't have to worry about maxing out the servo.

Thanks Casper. Those were my thoughts too! I've got a D3XS so I can't go over 100% DR. Ok, now I just need to get to a friggin' track!!

Casper is dead-on with his answer! Welcome to the Dirt-Oval threads Casper! ALWAYS set your Dual-Rate to 100% then set your steering endpoints, and adjust Dual-Rate as needed on the track.
