New/Old Brushed motor cleaner

Hey just got a quick question about a brushed motor break-in....i just recently got my xxx-t back out from a couple years ago and i had bought a new motor for it but never took it out of the package....and was about to break it in and was wondering if "Nitro Clean" could be used instead of buggy blast or other products to spray the brushes?

If it has never been run no need to really clean it. Nitro clean would work as a motor cleaner. Brake cleaners work well also.
