This looks like a good one to recommend to people who are just getting in to crawling. http://myrcmt.com/review/images/gallery/albums/userpics/10015/thumbs.gif
I'll be anxious to see how well this one works.

Looks like a sweet crawler. I like the fact that it uses a direct drive transmission opposed to the dig one from the comp crawler. Rtr with spektrum is sweet, but i would like to see it as a BND. I normally dont like plastic links but these look stronger than the plastic axial ones. Im pretty sure this will be my next crawler, hopefully they can get it out soon.

A crawler! Whoda thunk it? lol jk
Hit the rocks anytime, day or night, with the 1/0-scale Ready-To-Run Night Crawler. The 1/10 Night Crawler includes a radio system with Spektrum 2.4 GHz DSM Technology, solid front and rear axles with a worm-gear drive, a crawler-specific LiPo compatible ESC and heavy-duty CV Driveshafts. Whether you are new to crawling or an experienced driver, you will have a blast attacking the rocks with the 1/10 Night Crawler.
Typo! Missing a 1!

can you turn off the lights with te remote?
Can't wait to get my hands on one :D I was hoping when the 1/18 scale one was coming out that it was going to be a 1/10 and then they bought out the 1/10 kit and now the RTR 1/10, hopefully it is worth the wait

I like it. Great truck for someone just getting into crawling.
Looks like a nice rig, might finally jump into the 1/10 crawler, what I would really like is a 1.9 Scale rig, how bout that Losi, any chance we will see one?

I agree. I am glad they came out with this. I can run it in the yard or at work were this is a drainage gully with rocks at the parking lot.

Just wondering can you change the rear LED bulb to red? Or does it come in red? It looks all the lights are white LEDs.

I can't wait for the light kit to use on my Comp Crawler!
When I first got the truck I thought about getting lights and find a way to mount them. Now I have a kit for my CCR! Thanks Losi.
Now I'm waiting to see a "comp" version of the MRC (maybe not a worm drive crawler, but definitely be as adjustable as the CCR). A race roller? BND?

New rock crawling room at Trackside in Milwaukee. After watching we decided we had to buy one and here it is. The Night Crawler looks to be the perfect way to let us join in on the fun. Thanks Losi.

I'm new to this RC thing and I just got the night crawler and was wondering what to do about the lack of steering power. anyone know of a good servo??? i'm leaning towards the HPI SF-32TT as of now 333oz-in of torque compared to the stock 85oz-in. I also want to upgrade the motor and ESC to one of the sensored brushless systems Losi has to offer. Whats better for my application, the 21.5T or the 17.5T??? Any other tips would be much appreciated, THANKS!

Wikipedia says they can survive submerged in water for up to 5 minutes. So no... this isn't normal. It's a bit horrifying.

I picked up two of these a couple of weeks ago at RCX for my son and I. They are an absolute blast! Amazing how capable they are right out of the box. Add some weight to the tires and they are even better. Glad Losi upgraded the steering servo (140 oz-in) but I'm still needing more power quite often (about the only knock on this rig). Will need to upgrade to a 300+ oz-in servo eventually. For someone that just wants to play and doesn't need a dig then these are great rigs. I'm running a 4200 mah nimh battery and get about 2 hours of run time. That's awesome in my opinion. I usually run out of gas and shut it down before the rig runs out of juice!
