I was planning to put those lead weights inside the wheels on my crawler but the tire won't come off easy. Am I doing something wrong or are the tires glues to the wheels? I would hate to spend some money on something that I just bought recently specially when the tires are not worn yet

Yes but with some time you can get them off. Use a sharp hobby knife and make small slits around the bead. Once you go all the way around it will pull off easier.

I was not careful when trying to do the same and ripped the tires a little. I had to go buy new ones...

You were better off just buying new ones.
You might want to look at the Proline Titus wheel system with their narrow rims and tuner weight system. And HB has 1.9 Rovers, a whole half inch taller than the Mini Rock Claws. Your upgrading doesn't have to stop at Losi (although I do have a lot of Losi upgrades). There's a whole world of aftermarket out there waiting for you Halfax crawler.
You're an rc crawler now. You're going to dip into your wallet a lot for upgrading and modifying. It's half the fun! I know this is that last thing you need to hear, but it's the truth.

I love BND and the 30 model memory Spektrum DX3R. I am an rc car nut case!
