They really should do something. I broke my last cvd today, that was seventh and ckrc.com hd-cvd. I cant afford buying those all the time when shipping costs for an envelop is 30$.

It looks like the ones in the "Night Crawler" are the new design.

Will these become standard in the Comp Crawler too?
When will they be available?

Maybe you should get a better title than Junior Member if you are going to answer questions for Losi.

You broke your CKRC MIP HD CVDs? I would think they'd be the best.
Maybe you need to describe your style of crawling. Is the word "extreme" used? Man. I just bought the CKRC units because I can't wait for Losi. I thought that I was replacing the new factory units with the best (MIP). Say it isn't so. Say I'm reading your post wrong. However, you do mention the CKRC units.
I'm personally going to crawl slow with this truck. I'm a little faster (with more wheel spin) with my Novak powered MRC. I just think because of the nature of the CCR's design, you go slower than a conventional crawler.

You got me right, but were wrong in extreme part. It is true that those HD-CVD's can handle more abuse than originals, but Im not only one breakin them. Breaking cvds has nothing to do with wheelspeed or even limiting steering EPA. All it takes is small (10cm/4") drop to good traction surface. You should keep wheels running while landing, but sometimes its too quick or not possible otherwise. I've broke 6 cvd axles and now I broke that ckrc cup and have now spare for that. Rig looks good in shelf.

Ouch! The best of luck to you Tommi. Hate to see your LCC sit on the shelf. My LCC has other problems that I'm working out that have forced it on the shelf, too. Hope the both of us will crawl worry free soon.
