mini t 9400kv

I have a mini t with the xcelorin 9400kv combo and my car hay the jitters after about ten feet The car does what ever it wants and i also cant get the qpc to program no body from losi or hobbytown usa can figure out the problem. they are going to send me a new esc to see if it fixes it. any body with any tips? :confused:
