converting ten-t lipo to deans

Hey i was wondering if anyone has converted to deans yet? I was thinking about doing it so i can put it on my proper lipo charger/balancer..

Also, since the balancing lead is so small, can i just change it to a standard servo type futaba end to make it fit in the balancer?
