12-Degree Front Spindle Carriers give the 8IGHT™ 2.0 Buggy or 8IGHT-T™ 2.0 Truggy an additional two degrees of caster for a total of twenty-two degrees (from the stock twenty degrees). This allows for a smoother off-center steering input that increases mid-corner steering, along with increasing rear traction exiting the turn.

Todd, how do you think these would work on the L8ight? I bet they could be the ticket at some of the tracks we race on. Definitely going to order a set for the ole late model.

Hey Doug,

I am not 100% sure, they will probably take a some on power steering away and increase off power steering.

Yes they are made out of aluminum and they are hard anodized. They will be available at the end of this month.

Have seen Bloomfield running ones, but I heard they were 14 degree?

Todd, will these improve the handling on all surfaces?

I dont think on all surfaces. These will be a handy tuning option for your 8 2.0 and 8T 2.0.

how much on-power steering do you lose? Do they cause a lot of push?

More caster gives you more on-power steering and straight line stability. You will loose some off-power steering in return.

So for fast open track layouts, it is a good tuning option.

I heard it helps with bumpy tracks too?
