So got my Ten T, charged the battery as specified, plugged everything in and filled it with nitro. Have tried starting it several times and nothing. The ROSS is trying to start the engine but nothing is happening. The engine acts like it wants to start but then nothing. Do I need to replace the glow plug off the bat?
Recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

make sure you pre-heat the engine with a hair dryer, should be pretty hot, close to running temp before trying to start. These SH based engines are tight when new and to keep from damaging the ROSS and beating the rod in the engine to death, pre-heat it until it is full broken in.
I had issues with starting mine as well. I then tried using a hairdryer to preheat the engine to about 140 degrees. Fired right up! I have been doing that ever since now and it works every time.

You need to be more specific if you can. What happens when you push the button? Nothing at all? Electric motor spins but nothing else? Electric motor turns over the engine, but won't start it? Motor turns over for a second or two then everything stops? The answer to all of these are in the existing threads, but if you specify what it's doing I'll see if I can help you get up and running

Worked like a charm. I got it to about 140 then it started right up. I'll keep doing this until break-in is complete. I know there have been discussions about engine break-in since Losi says it needs minimal break-in.
My method -
Tank 1 - Just idle
Tank 2 - Idle for half then 1/4 throttle for the remainder
Tank 3 - 1/4 throttle
Tank 4 & 5 - 1/2 Throttle
Tank 6 - 1/2 throttle with 3 sec burst
Tank 7 - 3/4 throttle
Tank 8 - 3/4 throttle with 3 sec burst
Tank 9 - 5 sec acceleration to full throttle (3 seconds)
Tank 10 - Same as tank 9
Seems a bit excessive but it worked for my Rustler and that purrs like a finely tuned pipe kitten.

I used traxxas method on mine. I guess it was kinda minimal considering the tank is only half the size of the one on my revo. lol

Mine takes a while to start when it's cold. I'm a newb to this hobby so it took me two glow plugs to get everything dialed in. Now that my low speed needle and throttle trim is adjusted correctly it fires up after getting it to about 80 degrees. I live in AZ, so it doesn't take long to get there by just holding the starter button for 5 seconds...stop for a few seconds....hold the starter....repeat. Once I have it going I drive it for a good 20-30 seconds before I start making any high speed needle adjustments. It's usually warmed up by then.
