mini dt throttle problems? servo? HELP!

i have a mini desert truck and on the first charge it worked wonderfully but noy i trried using it again and when i pull back the accelerater the mini dt does not move unless i give it a push =[ does any one know whats wrong?

Just got mine yesterday and it is doing something similar. It is almost like the esc is shorting out or something. Does anyone have any information?
