Just Bought a XXX-4G+ - Need Help w/ Electronics

I just bought a XXX-4 G+ and I have been out of the game for awhile. It's a roller chassis and I'm looking for what to filll it with. I have nothing but the car right now. I used to race and only am going to use this initially to play with my son and his Mini-T. I do want some decent equipment especially the radio/reciever but everything else is a blur. What servo would you suggest? The brushless motor systems are all new to me. Trying to understand the specs and doing okay but not 100% sure. Thanks for any help.

fastest servo you can afford, i run and jr and futabo and to be honest there is really no difference, just make it fast.
i run a 4.5 novak in mine and gtb, although i'm about to splurge on a mamba max pro as i've seen a couple of ppl running them now and they seem pretty good.
also get a spektrum radio, well any 2.4ghz actually. i'm not a brand whore, i know what i hate, ae ford :P, everything else is ok. unless they are paying me, then its awesome.
