Speed NT with xxx-nt tranny

Ok I amlooking to get an advantage in the Dirt oval class I race. The rules state that you can run any rtr engine as long as you keep it rtr. But they also state you have to run a single speed tranny. Can I use a xxx-nt single speed tranny on a speed NT? Would love to have that .20 in engine and be legal.Thanks

but what tranny is better? the 1 speed or 2? I just stripped a gear in my 2 speed on a practice run last night. should I just stick the 1 speed and upgrade shock towers

the .20 engine wont mount up to spur with the xxx-nt tranny. how do i fix this?
