Hey guys... I've not been able to find the answer I'm looking for. I have a Hi-Tek sterring servo (can't remember the model), but it has three wires, rather than four. I was hoping to run it with the stock Mini-T ESC, but I'm assuming I need an adapter. Is that right?

Also, I'm assuming that I will need a servo saver as well. Or maybe I'd be able to use the one that is on the stock servo.

The reason I'm not all that sure, is because it was inluded in a big part's lot I purchased. I verified that it does work. Just not sure about the wiring.

Thanks!
jason

What's different? They look the same to me.
Wondering because I have an HS-55 waiting to be put in and didn't think I'd have an issue using the stock one.

The differece is that the stock servo does not have any controll circuitry inside, its all in the esc/receiver. Your HS-55 has three wires, pos, neg, and signal. the 4 wires on the losi servo uses two for input (motor) and two for output (steering position).

i think he may be talking about the difference between the 2 servo saver's. since he mentioned the hs55 than thinkin it wouldnt be a problem using the stock one.. other wise he would be talkin about using 2 servo's, dont see that workin, lol idk tho??
